Reflexology

Classroom studies will be presented either twice a week for 10 weeks or in 10-day intensive. An additional 100 hours of documented case studies can be included by working in the Vitality Clinic or through private clients the student contacts.
Skills to be learned:

  1. Students will learn the ten systems of the body and their functions.
  2. Student will learn a full one-hour reflexology treatment including feet, hands, ears and stomach.
  3. Students will learn Magnetic Reflex - Kinesiology to find what organ/gland(s) are out of balance.
  4. Students will learn Lymphatic-flex points on body for enhancing energy, balance or homeostasis.
  5. The student will learn Aroma Therapy oils to enhance, balance and restore the body to homeostasis.
  6. The student will learn color and sound therapy to enhance the reflexology treatment.
  7. The student will learn marketing skills to establish a successful practice and where to look for supplemental income in spas, chiropractic offices, workout centers, full service beauty salons and holistic clinics.
  8. The student will learn about the law and ethics as they apply to reflexologists. Principles include: never treat disease, never diagnose and never prescribe.


Upon completion of training, a written and practical exam will be administered. Instructional mode is 30% theory and 70% practical.
